Video game expert with 12+ years experience in game development, publishing, and business development. He was Chief Business and Chief Strategy Officer at Agate, the largest game studio in Indonesia with portfolio of 50+ games, and was the President of Indonesia Game Association for 2019-2024.
Guillaume Jamet
Seasoned veteran in the video game industry with 20+ years experience. Former VP Publishing at Plug In Digital, where he established the company’s publishing division, launched and operated two indie labels (Dear Villagers and PID Games), funded and brought to market 60+ games.
Bagus Widyanto
More than 19 years experience in finance with various positions including in banking M&A, investment banking, and private equity. He was Investment Director for Fosun International covering South-East Asia before venturing into entrepreneurship.
Why “Indiesche” ?
Indiesche is a play of word based on the first-ever political party in Indonesia. It was co-founded by a national hero named Cipto and pioneered the country’s independence from its colonists, the Dutch East Indies.
We feel that it is the perfect name and symbol to articulate our vision, which is to bring indie games (“indies”) to flourish while keeping their independence, and a nod to our deep expertise in games from Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
